a sad time in southern california, not just for cyclists but for everyone there. my thoughts and prayers are with everyone there.

i'm posting this picture i thought was amusing. i never thought of the bicycle crowd i frequently encounter as the "people in spandex", even though the concept of me wearing spandex has been a topic once in a while at work, just tossed around for a few jokes, ha ha hee hee. rode the trainer the other day and i made a decision today, i'm going to run whenever i feel like riding the trainer indoors. so there, i'm splitting my time between riding and running. but i still love riding...
